Annotation: This article analyzes the impact of traditional gender roles in Uzbek families on work psychology. The study is based on a sociological survey conducted among over 150 respondents. Differences in the perception of motivation, leadership, and stress resilience between men and women are identified. Particular attention is paid to the influence of family attitudes on professional behavior, as well as trends in the transformation of gender roles in modern society.
