Annotation: This article reviews the core initiatives of Uzbekistan's higher education reform in governance, quality assessment, and international cooperation. Based on the current situation, it proposes a path for the transformation and upgrading of international Chinese education. This article provides a new case for understanding educational policies in transitioning countries and offers a reference for deepening educational cooperation between China and Uzbekistan.
