Annotation: This article examines the issues of forming gender equality awareness among students in the general secondary education system through art-pedagogical activities. The study analyzes the educational and social significance of artistic means (visual arts, music, drama, and creative activities) and substantiates their role in developing students’ thinking free from gender-based stereotypes. In addition, the integration of art-pedagogical approaches into the educational process, their psychological and pedagogical potential, and their effectiveness in ensuring gender equality are revealed from a scientific and theoretical perspective. The article also provides practical recommendations aimed at fostering gender culture in general secondary education institutions.
