Annotation: This article is dedicated to analyzing the role of Yusuf Khass Hajib's political thought within the framework of the "Third Renaissance" concept and its significance for the formation of the modern state structure. From the perspective of contemporary political processes, the thinker's ideas hold important theoretical and practical value for strengthening the relationship between the state and society, ensuring justice and the rule of law, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of political leadership.
