Annotation: This article examines the evolution of relations between Türkiye and Uzbekistan following the collapse of the Soviet Union. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of bilateral political dialogue, economic cooperation, and defense relations into a strategic partnership during the presidency of Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The study also analyzes integration processes within the Organization of Turkic States and evaluates their regional and international significance from a political and geopolitical perspective.
