Annotation: The transformation of women's role in decision-making represents one of the key aspects of the global gender equality movement. Historically, women were excluded from spheres of influence, but in recent decades, significant progress has been observed due to social movements, legislative changes, and economic factors. According to the Global Gender Gap Report 2025, the global gender gap is closed at 68.8%, however, it will take another 123 years to reach full parity. In 2025, women will increasingly occupy leadership positions in politics, business, and society, but will face systemic barriers. This report analyzes historical context, current trends, challenges, and prospects based on current data.
