Annotation: This article analyzes the relationship between gender equality and the development of emotional intelligence in the educational environment. Modern education is focused not only on providing academic knowledge but also on shaping a well-rounded personality with strong emotional and social skills. A gender-equal educational environment promotes values such as respect, cooperation, tolerance, and empathy among students. Emotional intelligence plays a key role in understanding and managing one’s own emotions as well as in building effective communication with others. The article highlights the impact of gender stereotypes on the learning process and emphasizes the importance of equal opportunities in the development of students’ emotional and social competencies. The study concludes that creating an inclusive and psychologically supportive educational environment is essential for improving both academic success and personal development.
