Annotation: This article examines innovative approaches to fostering a culture of gender equality in the educational process. The study explores the role of eliminating gender stereotypes, inclusive pedagogy, digital technologies, mentoring programs, and gender mainstreaming strategies within education systems. Drawing on the experience of international organizations such as UNESCO, UNICEF, and UN Women, the paper highlights effective practices aimed at promoting gender equality. Particular attention is paid to reducing gender gaps in STEM education, addressing gender bias in artificial intelligence, and narrowing the digital divide. The findings emphasize the importance of education as a key mechanism for expanding equal opportunities in society.
