Annotation: the professional effectiveness of sports school coaches is deeply influenced by various psychological factors that affect their performance, motivation, communication and leadership ability. This article examines key psychological components such as emotional intelligence, stress management, motivation level, self-efficacy, and interpersonal skills, analyzing their impact on the professional activities of coaches in Uzbekistan. The importance of psychological training in improving the effectiveness of training is emphasized by the latest research and initiatives within the country, including psychology seminars conducted by the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
