Annotation: The article examines the social and psychological competence of the teacher as a key factor in effective pedagogical interaction with adolescent girls. The structural components of this competence are analyzed, including empathy, emotional intelligence, communication skills, and pedagogical reflection. Special attention is paid to the age and gender characteristics of adolescent girls, such as the intensity of physiological changes, the formation of gender identity, and increased emotional sensitivity.
