Annotation: The article examines the national psychological aspects through which the ethnopsychological characteristics inherent to the Uzbek people have, since ancient times, contributed to the internalization of the principle of gender equality within the family. In particular, it emphasizes that correct and healthy gender-related attitudes and value systems have been systematically formed among adults, especially parents, serving as a fundamental basis for instilling gender equality in child upbringing.
