Annotation: This is the content of my research in the master's program. Policy for increasing the number of foreign students in Japan from countries and regions designated as priority regions since 2010. I will analyze Uzbekistan's highly qualified foreign students in Japan. Through fieldwork and interviews, I would like to clarify the reasons why Uzbek students themselves came to Japan, their life plans, and the position of studying abroad in their lives. I would also like to discuss how to support the acceptance and retention of Muslim students in Japan.
