Annotation: Developing national gender statistics to ensure equal participation of men and women in socio-political life is a pressing issue today. However, the sense of responsibility and the volume of tasks assigned to female leaders in some cases cause professional stress. Professional stress in female leaders, in turn, negatively impacts family relationships and the psyche of their children. It can even lead to complex psychological disorders during the process of changing social roles. Therefore, studying this problem and finding solutions is one of the tasks of modern psychology. This paper is devoted specifically to this issue.

Keywords: Female leaders, professional stress, family relationships, job responsibility, emotional stress, stress and depression, mental well-being, changing social roles, marital relationships, child psychology, "transfer" (transfer of stress to the family), family communication, indicators of professional quality.
