Annotation: The complex geopolitical situation in the region during the second half of the nineteenth century and the colonial policy of the Russian Empire make the study of the abolition of the Kokand Khanate still relevant today compared to other khanates. In particular, clarifying the complicated military-political situation on the eve of the abolition of the Kokand Khanate and determining the role of Mulla Iso Avliyo and Abdurahmon Oftobachi in this process is of great importance. In this regard, the present thesis examines the political crisis within the khanate during the intensification of the Russian Empire’s colonial policy, the resistance movements of local forces and their strategic activities, as well as the military-political initiatives of Mulla Iso Avliyo and Abdurahmon Oftobachi aimed at preserving the Kokand Khanate. As a result, the study provides an opportunity for a comprehensive understanding of the military-political activities of Mulla Iso Avliyo and Abdurahmon Oftobachi in the political processes of the final period of the Kokand Khanate.
