Annotation: This article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the formation of gender culture in the system of continuing education in Uzbekistan. The author analyzes the current state of curricula, the content of textbooks and educational methods through the prism of national values and international standards of equality. Special attention is paid to innovative approaches implemented within the framework of the Strategy for Achieving Gender Equality until 2030. The first part of the paper reveals the theoretical foundations and specifics of the national educational context.
