Annotation: Against the backdrop of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, the deepening of China-foreign cooperation has created an urgent demand for interdisciplinary foreign language talents who are "proficient in foreign languages, well-versed in professional knowledge, and knowledgeable about target countries". In response to the problems in current "Foreign Language +" talent cultivation in colleges and universities, such as insufficient interdisciplinary integration and lack of practical carriers, this study takes the interdisciplinary Problem-Based Learning (PBL) teaching method as the core, and constructs a Uzbek/Chinese teaching case library oriented to four major fields of China-Uzbekistan cooperation: foreign trade, journalism, education, and cultural tourism. Guided by real industry issues, the case library designs situational tasks in combination with textbook content, integrates a diversified evaluation mechanism, and strengthens the coordinated application of language proficiency and professional knowledge through practical forms such as role-playing and simulated negotiations. Research findings show that the case library has significantly improved students' language practice ability and interdisciplinary problem-solving ability, and teachers have reported a noticeable enhancement in students' comprehensive quality. This study provides an innovative path for the cultivation of "Foreign Language +" interdisciplinary talents in China, and contributes to the connection between foreign language teaching reform and market demands. Similarly, this research can be applied to Chinese language teaching in Uzbekistan.
