Annotation: High-quality Chinese children's literature can serve as a resource repository for International Chinese Education. However, certain challenges and difficulties exist in its practical application. By identifying the characteristics and requirements of target learners, modern technological means such as artificial intelligence can be employed to conduct difficulty grading, text adaptation, and instructional design. When combined with practical experience, this approach can generate efficient and high-quality resources, thereby enhancing the quality and effectiveness of International Chinese Education
