O‘ZBEKISTONDA GENDER TENGLIK MADANIYATI VA AYOL HUQUQLARI EVOLYUTSIYASI: TARIXIY-HUQUQIY TAHLIL

Annotation: This article analyzes the historical and legal evolution of gender equality culture in Uzbekistan from the 19th century to the end of the 20th century. Based on archival documents and periodical press, the study highlights the institute of otinoyis in the Kokand Khanate, the protection of women's rights in Sharia law (mahr, khul'), and the role of Jadid enlighteners in the transformation of social consciousness. Furthermore, the formation of a stratum of female educators and leaders as a result of educational reforms in the second half of the 20th century is substantiated using statistical data.
