Annotation: The article examines the formation of a new value-based divide in Uzbek society, using student youth as a case study. It analyzes the psychological evolution of gender differences in political views under the influence of two key factors: global digitalization and national reforms. The study shows that female students, actively engaged with digital media, are developing a more individualistic and critical socio-political stance, focused on rights and opportunities. Meanwhile, male students more frequently demonstrate adherence to traditional patriarchal models, viewing them as a foundation. This emerging identity conflict is considered a key factor for the country's future political and social dynamics, carrying risks of polarization but also containing the potential for renewing the social contract.
