Annotation: This article empirically examines the psychological mechanisms of burnout among mid-level medical staff through the lens of social consciousness, gender stereotypes, and emotional labor. A mixed-method design combining survey measures and semi-structured interviews was employed. The findings indicate that stereotypical expectations, high emotional labor demands, low perceived control, and organizational injustice significantly intensify burnout components. The results provide a scientific basis for developing practical preventive strategies at both organizational and individual levels.
Keywords: Burnout, mid-level medical staff, social consciousness, gender stereotypes, emotional labor, organizational justice, psychological resilience.
