Annotation: This scientific article examines the influence of gender stereotypes within the framework of family psychology on child upbringing and the formation of social consciousness. The main objective of the study is to identify the psychological impact of traditional gender norms formed in the family environment. The author analyzes gender stereotypes as a factor limiting personal development. The article emphasizes the importance of equality-based parenting. The scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive analysis of the interrelation between family psychology, gender stereotypes, and social consciousness.
