MAHMUD ZAMAXSHARIY FALSAFASIDA INSON MASALASINING O‘RNI

Author: Xalimova, Marjona Sherali qizi

Annotation: This article analyzes the place of the human issue in the teachings of Mahmud Zamakhshari. Based on the thinker’s exegetical, ethical, and didactic works, the study highlights issues related to human intellectual perfection, moral responsibility, free will, and the role of the individual in society. Particular attention is paid to the fact that in the works of Mahmud Zamakhshari, such as Al-Kashshof, Atvoq uz-zahab fi-l-mavoiz va-l-xutab, and Navobig‘ ul-kalim, the human being is regarded as responsible for his actions and obliged to follow the principles of justice and goodness. The article demonstrates that in Zamakhshari’s views, a human being is interpreted not merely as an executor of religious commandments, but also as a rational individual possessing freedom of choice, striving for moral perfection, and bearing social responsibility. The influence of Mu‘tazilism on Zamakhshari’s worldview, especially regarding reason, justice, and free will, is also emphasized. In this respect, the issue of the human being is considered one of the central directions of Zamakhshari’s philosophical and ethical heritage.
