Annotation: This article analyzes the development of political, trade, cultural, and tourism relations between Uzbekistan and Iran within the framework of the "New Uzbekistan" policy. A "cascade-pragmatic model" of foreign policy is proposed and how the Iranian vector strengthens Uzbekistan's role as a logistics, cultural, and educational hub for Central Asia.
