Annotation: This article analyzes the gender aspects of stress resistance of military personnel, as well as from scientific, theoretical and from a practical point of view, the features of the reaction to stress and adaptability of male and female military personnel are highlighted. The results of the study serve to develop a differentiated approach to working with military personnel.
