Annotation: This article analyzes the transformation of values in society under globalization and its impact on the issue of gender equality. New social views formed as a result of globalization processes interact with national and traditional values, creating certain social problems in society. In particular, the misinterpretation of the concept of gender equality is perceived as a view that contradicts national values, which leads to the intensification of social contradictions and stereotypes. The article identifies the main factors of this problem and justifies approaches aimed at harmonizing gender equality with national values. It also highlights the importance of correctly interpreting the ideas of gender equality through the education system, information space and social consciousness. It shows the need to form a balanced and culturally appropriate approach in the process of ensuring gender equality under globalization.
