Annotation: This article analyzes the formation of psychological stress resilience in individuals within the context of gender equality and media influence in modern society. Rapid digital transformation, increasing information flow, and the growing role of social media exert significant psychological pressure on individuals. Gender stereotypes and the transformation of social roles are examined as factors contributing to emotional tension and stress. The study explores theoretical perspectives on stress, resilience, and coping strategies, drawing on both global and Uzbek research findings. The article emphasizes the importance of media literacy and gender equality principles in promoting psychological well-being.
