Annotation: This scientific article analyzes the process of developing a culture of gender equality through the mutual pedagogical mechanisms of the education system and family values, based on innovative and deontological approaches. In the study, the issue of gender equality is interpreted not as a normative and legal requirement, but as a cultural phenomenon formed through personal consciousness, moral responsibility and educational relations. The article sheds light on the pedagogical mechanisms through which moral norms and values formed in family upbringing can be reinterpreted and strengthened in the educational process. While innovative approaches are considered as a means of methodological renewal, dialogical education and stimulating reflective thinking in the development of a culture of gender equality in the educational environment, the deontological approach is analyzed in connection with the moral responsibility, professional duty and educational position of the educator. The results of the study show that the sustainable development of a culture of gender equality depends on the integral pedagogical cooperation between education and the family, as well as on the combination of innovative methods and moral responsibility, and scientifically substantiate the need for conscious management of this process.
