GENDER TENGLIK MADANIYATINI RIVOJLANTIRISH: OILAVIY QADRIYATLAR, TA’LIM SIYOSATI VA IJTIMOIY ONG TRANSFORMATSIYASI

Annotation: This article analyzes the content of the concept of gender equality, its history of origin and its role in society from a scientific and social point of view. The study highlights how gender equality was initially formed to protect women's rights, and later developed as an integral part of human rights. The socio-legal status of women in Western and Eastern societies is examined on a comparative basis, and the rights granted to women in Islamic culture are substantiated with examples. The article also analyzes the current world experience of gender equality, the reforms being carried out in this area in the Republic of Uzbekistan, its importance in family values, educational policy and the transformation of social consciousness. Based on the author's personal thoughts, it is concluded that gender equality is necessary for the stability and well-being of society.
