Annotation: The article explores the formation of gender equality in public consciousness as a psychological and communicative process. Gender equality is examined as a result of transformations in value orientations, social perceptions, and gender stereotypes. Special attention is given to the role of the family, education system, and mass media in shaping gender culture. The importance of social communication and media discourse in promoting inclusive gender role models and social stability is emphasized.
