Annotation: In the era of the "New Uzbekistan," the Arabic language, one of the six official languages of the United Nations (UN), is acquiring new significance. It is transforming from a heritage deeply rooted in history and culture into one of the country's key strategic assets. With the president of Shavkat Mirziyoyev and particularly since 2016, when the Arab world was declared a priority vector of Uzbekistan's foreign policy to deepen economic ties and enhance the country's diplomatic influence, proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and knowledge of its specialized lexicon (such as terms like مُرَابَحَة - murābaḥah, Islamic finance, or إِجَارَة - ijārah, leasing) have become a competitive advantage for Uzbek diplomats, economists, and businesspeople. This article examines how Arabic serves as a bridge for billion-dollar investments, a tool for multilateral diplomacy, and a response to a new reality: following the "Arab Spring" (الربيع العربي), Arab nations, while diversifying their economies, are increasingly turning their attention towards Central Asia. Uzbekistan, by mastering the language, is positioning itself to become its primary partner.

Keywords: Arabic language, New Uzbekistan, economic diplomacy, Islamic finance (مُرَابَحَة, إِجَارَة) investments, language policy, Arab Spring (الربيع العربي), Central Asia.
