Annotation: The current situation in the field of female education in Uzbekistan is characterized by a deep philosophical and structural contradiction: the conflict between education as an indicator of social status (“diploma disease”) and education as a utilitarian tool for economic empowerment. This report presents a comprehensive analysis of the Uzbek context, examining how the "diploma" serves as a crucial asset in the social sphere.
