Annotation: This article examines the key characteristics of Chinese business culture and its connection to Confucian traditions. It describes the influence of concepts such as guanxi (personal connections) and maintaining face on business communication and decision-making. It also addresses the modern business environment, negotiation practices, and hierarchy in Chinese companies. It highlights common mistakes made by foreign partners and offers simple recommendations for adapting to the Chinese business environment. It concludes that understanding Chinese cultural nuances helps build more effective and sustainable international cooperation.
