Annotation: The article is about the famous work of Yusuf Khos Khodjib Balasaguni "Kutadgu Bilig" - "Blessed Knowledge". The significance of this work in scientific, linguistic discourse is revealed. Various aspects of this work are described, such as philosophical, historical, religious, moral, socio-political. The purpose of the article is to reveal "what kind of a man should be sent as an ambassador". What qualities should an ambassador have? The significance and description of this phenomenon.
