Annotation: The increasing participation of women in political decision-making has gained scholarly recognition as an important factor in strengthening family institutions and ensuring social stability. This article examines women’s role in political governance as a strategic mechanism for stabilizing society, with a particular focus on the case of Uzbekistan. Using a qualitative, literature-based analytical approach, the study explores how women’s political participation influences family-oriented public policies, social protection systems, and inclusive governance practices. The findings indicate that women’s involvement in political decision-making contributes to social cohesion, enhances public trust in state institutions, and supports sustainable development. The article concludes that women’s political empowerment should be regarded not only as a matter of gender equality, but also as a key component of national stability and effective governance.
