Annotation: This article examines ethnocultural factors influencing the formation of a gender equality culture in the educational process of secondary schools in Angren city based on an empirical study. The research relies on a 16-question survey conducted among 9th–11th grade students of schools No. 4, 8, 30, and 31. The findings highlight the role of family values, traditional gender stereotypes, and the school environment in shaping gender equality culture.
