Annotation: In the digital intelligence era, generative AI offers new opportunities for innovating L2 writing instruction. Grounded in the process-oriented approach and multimodal input theory, this study designed a smart writing platform for international Chinese education using the low-code Coze. The platform stimulates learners' motivation and enhances their Chinese thinking and writing skills through intelligent guidance and multi-sensory stimulation. This research provides theoretical and practical insights for the digital transformation of generative AI-empowered L2 writing pedagogy.
