Annotation: This article examines the scientific legacy of Ahmad Donish, including some of the ideas in his Enlightenment views, through his work "Navodir ul-Vaqoe". A socio-philosophical analysis of these ideas is carried out and their relevance for today is highlighted. The significance of the ideas put forward in the work for the development of modern society is also considered. The socio-political environment of that time is also assessed through the views of the Enlightenment thinker.
