The rich and meaningful, philosophical and national picture of Eastern national and cultural values ​​​​is also being understood by the Western world in the new century. Many opinions are expressed about the positive aspects of the specific features of the Eastern worldview that is being formed in the psyche of Westerners. The early medieval civilization that existed in the East had a positive impact on the entire West, and the civilization that later formed in the West had a positive impact on the development of the East, and at the same time, civilizations have also had a positive significance in the rapprochement of nations, peoples and countries. Therefore, the influence of the cultural heritage of the East on the formation of Western philosophy and moral and ethical views is great. The scientific heritage of one of the great scientists in world science, Ahmad Al-Farghani, is of great importance.
