Author: Xabibjonov, Izzatbek Dilshodjon o‘g‘li; Pulatov, Sherdor Nematjonovich

Annotation: The teachings of the great encyclopedist and philosopher Abu Nasr al-Farabi of the Eastern Renaissance on the state and law are one of the important directions of his scientific heritage. The formation and development of the thinker's views on society and state science coincide with the period in which he lived and worked - the period when the territories of Central Asia were subordinated to the Arab Caliphate, and reflect the problems of the social, political, legal and spiritual development of human society at that time. It is noteworthy that many of the ideas of this Eastern scholar have not lost their relevance today. In particular, there are a number of important ideas that can be interpreted in their own way in different historical periods.

Keywords: Eastern Renaissance, Abu Nasr Al-Farabi, state, law, politics, education, morality.
